I am teaching for almost 1 yr. Don't get me wrong I love to teach but there are times that I'm frustrated with the profession. I am a double degree, double license and a hardworker but my career as a teacher is stagnant. I want to attend seminars to improve my craft but nothing is accessible it's not free. CHED provides scholarships for graduate studies for teachers but how can they study and work at the same time to feed thier family.

I have been teaching for almost five years. I teach development communication courses, specifically- educational communication and technology. I would like to express my intent to join this network because I want to be in touch with other teachers and at the same time learn from their experiences as mentors/teachers.

Hello everyonde!

I was so happy to see other Filipino teachers during the Harry Wong seminar at the Digital Harbor High School, baltimore City. We are also new in the city and learning about this website have given me a support group on line. Thank you for making that extra effort to help all teachers. I hope I can also contribute soon so that I may be able to pay forward whatever help I got.

Keep up the good work! One of our goals as Filipino teachers is to make a difference!
